How it works

Step 1: Ensure you have the Amazon app downloaded.

Step 2: Choose a date and time slot as per your convenience and provide an address where verification can be conducted.

Step 3: A background-verified agent will arrive at the scheduled time to verify your original proof of address and PAN card.

Step 4: Show your Government issued address proof (Driving license/ Passport/ Voter card) and PAN card to agent. Do not handover cash or copies of your documents (in-person or over Whatsapp) to any Amazon agent.

Step 5: The agent will help you scan a QR code to confirm in-person verification.

Note: The presence of the person who owns the Amazon pay balance account is mandatory.
